Prior to your Arrival
When receiving any color service we ask you to arrive with clean, dry hair.
COVID-19 Policy
Masks are currently optional inside the studio.
Location & Parking
White Krane Studio is located inside of Sola Salons,which is found at 469 Salem St, Studio 26, Medford, MA 02155. We're located in the same plaza as Target so there is plenty of free parking out front in the lot!
Studio Capacity
Due to the size of our studio, we ask that you come to your appointment alone. Children are not permitted inside our space.
Cancellation Policy
In order to secure an appointment there must be a valid Mastercard or Visa credit card on file. White Krane Studio requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment are subject to a 50% charge of all services booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost to the credit card that we have on file.
Another appointment will not be able to be scheduled until the fee has been remedied.
Appointments can be cancelled via email, online, or phone during
regular business hours.
Payment
We accept Mastercard and Visa cards via our online booking system. Cash may be used but please keep in mind we will not have any change on hand. Gratuity is greatly appreciated, cash preferred.
